About This Project
For Rhode Island Counseling Associates, I had the opportunity to lead a complete brand transformation from the ground up. I built their website entirely from scratch, working closely with the team to learn the practice inside and out so that every element (colors, messaging, and design) accurately reflected their values and approach to care. I transferred all DNS settings to ensure a smooth domain rollout without them seeing a loss of engagement. I also created a new logo, developed a soothing and professional color palette, and established consistent branding across all touchpoints to convey a calm, approachable, and trustworthy image to clients.
Alongside the website, I designed and printed brochures for the practice along with targeted flyers for the specific services they provide. I designed new business cards for each staff member, ensuring that every piece of print material reflected the new, cohesive brand identity.
Since the rollout of their new brand, Rhode Island Counseling Associates has seen a noticeable increase in both visibility and client engagement. Referrals have doubled, reflecting the impact of clear, cohesive branding paired with thoughtful marketing materials.
As an independent designer, I continue to work closely with the practice, updating and refining both their website and print materials as their services evolve. Most recently, I helped them embed AI directly into their site to help answer any client questions or concerns automatically. My goal is always to provide design solutions that not only look professional but also support their mission and growth as a company.

The Website - Rhode Island Counseling Associates
I designed and built the Rhode Island Counseling Associates website entirely from scratch, independently handling both design and coding. To make sure the site truly reflected their practice, I worked closely with the team to learn the business inside and out, capturing their values, approach, and services in every element of the site.
As part of the launch, I carefully transferred DNS settings to connect the domain properly, implemented 301 redirects from the old site to preserve SEO, and tracked analytics to ensure there was no drop in engagement during the transition. I also integrated and embedded AI programs to assist customers automatically, helping the practice save time and resources while improving client experience.
The new site had an immediate impact. Within just a month of going live, referrals doubled, reflecting both increased visibility and stronger client trust. The team received overwhelmingly positive feedback from patients, who highlighted how much easier it was to navigate the site, find information about services, and connect with the practice.
I continue to meet regularly with the practice, updating the website with new services, images, and other content to ensure it grows alongside their business. This ongoing collaboration allows the website to remain current, effective, and aligned with the practice’s mission while continuing to support client engagement and satisfaction.
